Eligibility
- Any registered user who submits a listing on KeralaListings.com is eligible to participate.
- Participation is voluntary. You will be asked during listing submission if you wish to enter.
- Valid name, phone number, and email address are required to participate.
- Employees, partners, and family members of KeralaListings.com are not eligible.

How to Enter
- Select "Yes, I want to enter the Lucky Draw!" during listing submission.
- One entry per phone number and email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Your listing must be genuine, active, and comply with KeralaListings.com guidelines.

When the Draw Happens
- The Lucky Draw will be conducted when KeralaListings.com reaches 2,000 active listings.
- Winners will be announced on KeralaListings.com and our official social media channels.
- KeralaListings.com reserves the right to change the draw date with prior notice.

Listing Requirements
- Your listing must remain active for a minimum of 15 days to be eligible.
- If your item is sold, mark it as "Sold" but keep the listing active for 15 days before removing it.
- Listings deleted before 15 days will be disqualified from the draw.

Fake & Fraudulent Listings
- Any fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings will be immediately removed.
- The seller will be permanently disqualified from the Lucky Draw.
- If a buyer reports a seller is not responding or the listing is fake, KeralaListings.com will investigate and remove it.
- Buyers can report suspicious listings using the Report button on any listing page.

Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.
- The draw will be conducted transparently and recorded.
- Winners will be contacted via their registered email and phone number.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

Prizes & Payment
- 🥇 1st Prize: ₹5,000
- 🥈 2nd Prize: ₹3,000
- 🥉 3rd Prize: ₹1,000
- Prizes will be transferred directly to the winner's bank account or UPI.
- Prize money will be transferred after any applicable tax deductions as per Indian law.
- KeralaListings.com is not responsible for any bank transfer fees.

- Your personal information (name, phone number, email) will be used solely for the Lucky Draw.
- Your information will never be sold or shared with any third parties.
- KeralaListings.com complies with all applicable privacy laws.

Changes to Terms
- KeralaListings.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time with prior notice on the website.
- Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
